Commodity + Community School Lunch!

a collaborative Bay Area approach to make school lunches by merging USDA commodity foods with local foods in a new product line for the National Schools Lunch Program.

It’s a gutsy goal, and the first of it’s kind if successful. However, as a continuation of the work we did at Pescadero Foods Inc., I still believe this important step is within our reach.
