The 3 stations were fantastic. I loved the banana ice cream made of frozen bananas only. The flavor and the texture were great. I liked the carrots too. But the big surprise came from the kale roll!! It was such a hit!!
Here is the text message I received from a mom who went to Whole Foods that night to get all the ingredients for your kale roll. “Hi Marilyn. The kids are making healthy snacks since yesterday. It was a great success. Thanks..”

And Kale Almond Butter Craisin Rollups. It even surprised me how much this snack is a favorite of a number of the students in the class.
