Santa Clara Kaiser Permanente Family Festival Posted on September 22, 2013January 26, 2016 by Laura Stec 4000 employees and their family’s gathered for this impressive and fun event. I alternated between 2 dishes during the 3 hour fair. Kaiser’s assignment was to create seasonal vegetable and bean dishes with leeks and beets, Turning them into Sauted Beets with Greens and Queso Fresco and Raisin and Beat and Black Eye Pea Salad Guests got a 20 minute cooking class, a taste and a copy of each recipe.
