A selection of salads graced the grilled chicken and roasted potato entree including Spinach Feta and Berries with Poppyseed Dressing.
Grilled Zucchini and Corn Salad with Sunflower Seed Yoghurt Vinaigrette.
Green Bean, Spinach, Mushroom and Bacon Salad
Orange and Apple Coleslaw with Pistachio and Craisin
Dessert was home baked gluten free cookies, Biscotti, Lemon Basil Shortbread, Seed Bites, and Ginger Molasses Cookies.
Plus the fabulous birthday cake!
