In 2009, I was chef for Shine On Harvest Moon, the first on-farm dinner for educational nonprofit, Full Circle Farm (http://www.fullcirclesunnyvale.org). We worked with community volunteers and culinary students from a local high school, incorporating all the farm’s produce into a wonderful seasonal feast!
