Welcome to Rdio. The Party! started with a cooking class and three quick dishes, then we broke into hands-on stations where participants could make appetizers, or sample local chocolates from the Discovery Bar. Everything was paired with Bay Bridge wines – urban wineries that ring the San Francisco Bay.
Cooking class begins – held among office desks for a primarily male audience.

While class was going on Jonie set up the Make Your Own Appetizer station in back in preparation for Avocado and Wine-Soaked Sun Dried Tomato Crostini and Cucumber Kettle Chips with Smoked Salmon, Green Peppercorn, and Lemon Creme Fraiche
