Capay Organics was on hand to host the farm stand.
They brought in seasonal produce and we taught a 5-Minute Cook Class, showing employees how to cook the produce inside their goodie bags. We set up the demo kitchen in the employee cafe area. It doesn’t take much space.
Next to the demo table was a Hands-on Knife Skills area, where we taught how to care and sharpen knives, how to hold knives correctly, and practice chopping skills.
