At today’s class, Dinner into Lunch, we turned Pressure cooked Brown Rice and Hato Mugi, and Sesame Candied Carrots (no sugar), into Leftover Lunch Lavosh, highlighted with Kale Macadamia Nut Pesto, Curried Cashews and Pistachios, and Pickled Onions. Variation causes us to eat more. Use that concept when “renewing” last nights dinner.
