Our A-list featured restaurants include The Table (San Jose), and Michelin star chef Salvatore Calisi’s restaurant Odeum (Morgan Hill). Barefoot Coffee is designing specialty drinks for one of the beverage booths, and we are finalizing details with additional restaurants & food producers. Our featured growers include: Coke Farms, Chiala Farms, Sunday Honey Bees, Tilden Ranch, Gilroy Demonstration Garden, Uesugi Farms, Welten Family Farms, Van Dyke Ranch & Uvas Gold Apiary. Author and green cuisine consultant Chef Laura Stec is pairing our farm to table chefs with the local growers to develop delicious healthy dishes for the feast!
