As Culinary Health Instructor for Kaiser Permanente Healthworks – I teach at corporations around the Bay. Today’s classes for First Republic Bank in San Francisco were 1) Farm to Fork – Cooking with the Seasons 2) Quick Cooking for Optimal Health 3) Snack Attack!. Here I am preparing to teach on an outdoor terrace – six floors up. No easy task with the wind -but what a great place for a class. The view was superb!
